The Great Deku Tree

Well,i downloaded a new drawing/coloring program a few days ago, it's called, "GIMP" and im loving it!!!! X3 I basically only just got it, and im learning very quickly how GIMP works, on most websites, "gimp" has been called a free photoshop, cause it has many features photoshop, not all of them but alot. ^^ well i drew this pic in Flash MX, like any other of my deviations, but i used GIMP to edit is, and blend the colors together to make it look like a painting. ^_^ im pleased with what i can make using gimp, since im still learning how it works. This is the Great Deku Tree, from The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina of time. he watches over Kokiri Forest, but sadly passes away early in the game due to him surcomming to a curse that had been placed on him by Ganondorf.... it was sad... for me at least.. ;.; hope you all like this! 6 hours of work, lol. ^3^
